You can fuel a positive mind-set, energy, vitality and happiness with a few adjustments to your diet. The main adjustment I focus on when training my clients and coaching through nutrition planning is the cutting of sugar.
Eat Clean to Get Lean is the motto I stand by, no fad diets, no calorie counting, no weighing food. Just clean, natural food… if it didn’t come out the ground, wasn’t born or doesn’t look like it’s original form, do not eat it!
